Ice machines and vending machines were not working. Other than that, I would stay again. Quiet and comfortable!

The couple wanted to improve.
The breakfast was poor, what I don't understand is the use of disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. Let's stop using these plastics! ! ! ! The room and the hotel in general were clean and comfortable. The TV (screen) was terrible. Free coffee and hot water are available in the lobby throughout the day.

Not bad for short trips, no frills.
The room was ok, just the room door and bathroom door needed repair so they could be closed without lifting, pushing, rattling and shaking.

I stay at the Best Western in Danville VA several times a year for work. In fact, I live over an hour away and sometimes I stick around to help with shift changes or when I'm just too tired after a long day. In general very comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast was better with more options.

The room was pretty good, no B.O smell. Or cigarette smoke and sewage, a bit outdated, less staff than expected, the first lady stared at a video on her phone for more than thirty seconds because I was in front of her less than a meter away to tell me if I didn't. I didn't check the computer to see if the room was ready, but there's no way I can check in before 3pm, ok. To be fair, I probably knew everything from watching Tic Tok videos. When I got back around 10:30 the next night I found my room key was disabled and was told it must be because I had a cell phone and everyone else had cell phones and their keys would work just ask Tic that Mrs. Tok will do it. After seeing Mrs Tic Tok, reception can see every time someone doesn't ring the help bell and several times they move it so you can't call them. This may have been a nice place once, but it only got worse. And the bed looked like two box springs, no mattress, but what are you going to do? I would not recommend it!

There is nothing I don't like. Our room was on the ground floor and it was clean and comfortable. I don't like breakfast, but there are plenty of options for a quick bite. There is coffee available all day which is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was surprised to find that the door latch lever was apparently missing. Then the room was dirty with stains and chips on the carpet. I meet the cleaning staff every day and they never vacuum which tells me they don't vacuum their rooms. The shower curtain did not hang well so had to be rigged to stay in place while showering. The bed was an old box spring mattress. I will never pay that dizzying price unless I am in state for a family funeral and the venue is closest to my family. I feel cheated.

He arrived at 2 in the afternoon. I had to wait until 3pm to check in as no one was available to check the room. Otherwise everything is fine.

Ok, I won't spend another money to stay.
Well they had an intern at the front desk and he charged me again for my room, the manager said they would take care of it, the next day the charge was still there, no cancellation despite what they told me on the phone. several business days. The bathroom smells like smoke, the pillows are uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable. The pillows could have been bigger, like they were made for a single bed. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, could have been warmer, had more options, would have been nice to have wipes near the table or counter. Overall, it's a good place to take a break.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable, but there was a problem with the plumbing. The shower screamed like an opera singer. The toilet sounded like a dump truck flushing. Also, the sink handle was so loose it looked like it was going to fall off at any moment. To be fair, the water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water.

The staff was friendly at check-in, but once in the room, if you go to the bathroom and close the door, you can't open it to get out. Luckily two other members of our group opened the door and let us out.
