Not happy to have to pay for parking. It must be provided since I paid to live there. Internet access is also a problem. We can never get in touch.

Front desk service on Saturday 29th April was unhelpful and difficult to extract paid parking information from registration staff. After going to the parking lot and seeing the sign, we had to go back to the desk and ask for a window permit. It was never offered, even after all our questions about how self parking worked. On Sunday, April 30, the breakfast room was invaded by 2 women's soccer teams. When they left, the room was a mess with food and garbage on the table and floor. Overflowing trash cans prevent people from cleaning up on their own. A conspicuous employee was wandering around, ignoring the chaos and doing nothing. The empty fruit plate is filled only when the guest asks for fruit. We could hear several employees in the prep room, but no one started cleaning. The eggs and sausage were cold. When we left the hotel an hour later, the breakfast area was still in shambles. The next morning the floors had still not been vacuumed or mopped. Finally, after being asked by the front desk staff, an employee began cleaning the tables and vacuuming. Trash overflowed from the men's room on the first floor. The bulk conditioner container in the shower gave the impression that there was product in it. It is empty. I had to get out of the shower soaking wet to retrieve my own conditioner. Our room was clean and comfortable, but overall it was not the Hampton Inn experience we are used to.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Good staff. The only drawback (out of the hotel's control) is that it is close to the medical center and ambulances can be heard.

Place

The property is close to BOK, but the rooms are falling apart. The shower head, wall light, shampoo dispenser were broken or falling off. Very disappointed with the state of the room. The rest of the building is fine, as are the staff.

Big room, free extra bed, close to parking.

Everything is fine except the parking lot.
